Employee Dies from Aneurism

On July 13, 2012, Employee #1 was a live-in care giver and had just finished her shift. As she was getting ready to retire for the day, Employee #2 found her sitting down on the floor with saliva dribbling from her mouth. The paramedics were called and they transported her to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead. Employee #1 died of aneurism caused by a blood clot.
