Investigation Summary
At 8:36 a.m. on July 29, 2024, Employee #1, an employee at Apple, fell down from back of a truck. He broke his elbow and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. He had surgery on 7/31/24 and was discharged on 8/2/24. On that evening, the employee had a syncopal episode and went into cardiac arrest. He was pronounced dead at 2:04 a.m.
