At 11:45 a.m. on December 29, 2021, an employee used a hammer to free a stuck ladder section to extend its length. While hammering, the employee had their arm between the rungs when the ladder section broke free and fell onto the employee's arm. The employee was taken to the hospital and admitted to treat an arm fracture.
