Employee sustains contusion when struck by falling object

At 6:00 a.m. on November 9, 2021, an employee was operating an electric stand up pallet jack to move material. A pallet of bracing material that approximately weighed 90 pounds fell from the fourth tier of the shelving system and struck the employee. The employee sustained contusion and was hospitalized.
