Investigation Summary
On January 27, 2021, an employee died from Sars-CoV-2 (coronavirus, or COVID-19) . The employee had been driving a bus delivering meals when he had to stop due to testing positive for the virus on December 16, 2020. The employee was admitted to the hospital along with a coworker (his wife) who served as his bus monitor. Both were discharged, however, the employee was readmitted on January 17, 2021.
