Employee is burned by molten iron while operating hoist

At 12:45 p.m. on July 20, 2021, Employee #1 was operating a hoist to lift a ladle of molten iron when the ladle shifted, spilling molten iron onto the floor and onto his right side. Employee #1 sustained third-degree burns to his right leg and was hospitalized for treatment.
