Employee amputates finger while operating carousel hydraulic

In early July, 2021, Employee #1 was operating a carousel hydraulic power press when the employee's finger became caught between two molds. The employee was initially hospitalized for the injuries, which later resulted in amputation of the finger on July 8, 2021.
