Investigation Summary
At 5:30 p.m. on December 12, 2020, an employee was seated at a table, seemingly looking at his cell phone when he was approached by a temporary employee. The temporary employee proceeded to assault him with his fists and a chair. As a result of the attack, the employee suffered a blackened eye and contusions to his head and face. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
