At 10:30 a.m. on March 15, 2021, Employee #1 was standing on a mobile stepladder (less than five feet in height) to straighten up boxes on a shelf. Employee #1 lost his footing and fell off the mobile step ladder. Employee #1 bruised his face and head and was hospitalized.
