Employee suffers electric shocks and burns from arc flash

At 4:00 p.m. on October 19, 2020, Employee #1 was working for an electrical contractor. Employee #1 was removing sections of a fallen static transmission wire. The static wire contacted an energized phase wire causing an arc flash. Employee #1 suffered electrical shock and burns. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
