Investigation Summary
At 7:21 a.m. on September 19, 2020, Employee #1 was shooting grade while a coworker was pushing dirt on a job site. Employee #1 heard the dozer tracks moving but did not realize the dozer was backing up. The track of the dozer ran over Employee #1's left leg, causing a broken femur, and right foot. The employee was hospitalized for treatment of these injuries.
