Employee incurs multiple injuries in fall from ladder

At 8:45 a.m. on September 16, 2020, Employee #1 was working approximately four feet above the ground from a six-foot A-frame ladder. Employee #1 was using a drill to remove screws from a vent of an air handling unit. The drill kicked back, causing Employee #1 to lose balance and fall backwards. Employee #1 was hospitalized to treat a fractured skull, cut on forehead, fractured heel, and hematoma.
