Employee fractures pelvis and wrists when pinned by large pi

At 12:30 p.m. on November 21, 2019, an employee was rigging a shoring pipe. The rigging equipment caught the wedge that held the pipe in place. The pipe moved and pinned the employee against the shoring wall. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis and wrists and was hospitalized.
