Investigation Summary
At 9:28 a.m. on October 15, 2019, an employee was working as a farm worker for a farm labor contractor and crew leader. She was not a migrant farm worker. She was picking olives. She was standing on a 16-foot (4.9 meter) ladder. She lost her balance when she shifted her position. She fell from about 9 feet (2.7 meters). She was injured when she struck the ground.
