At 6:00 p.m. on October 22, 2019, an employee working as a construction laborer for a highway and bridge construction contractor was feeling ill with cramps and nausea. The employee went to the hospital after work but did not report to emergency room. The employee was diagnosed with kidney stones, which was not work related.
