Investigation Summary
At 1:45 p.m. on July 26, 2019, Employee #1 was picking lemons from the lower portion of a tree in Block 1-BC of Limco Del Mar Ranch. A straddle fork (ROPS #500-50), carrying two empty bins, hit Employee #1 and knocked her down on her back, at which point the rear tire of the straddle fork ran over the right side of her body. Employee #1 was hospitalized to treat multiple broken bones on the right side of her body.
