Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:45 a.m. on May 18, 2019, an employee was climbing a ladder picking apricots in an orchard. The employee's foot slipped on a rung of the ladder because of rotten fruit stuck to the bottom of her shoes. The employee fell to the ground, breaking her arm. The employee was not hospitalized for these injuries.
