Employee's leg is fractured by falling concrete vault base

On February 21, 2019, an employee was working for a manufacturer of concrete products. He was using a crane to help move a Monticello model concrete burial vault base. The vault slipped off the tongs and fell. It struck the employee. He sustained a leg fracture. He was hospitalized for two or more days.
