Employee amputates finger in stamp machine

At 4:00 a.m. on January 16, 2019, Employee #1 was using Stamp Machine #890, a table top date code stamper, to record information on cardboard packaging. As the employee removed the plexiglass face from the front of the stamp to move the date, his right finger became caught in the date stamp and was amputated. He was hospitalized for treatment.
