Employee burns hands when caught by ARC Flash during asbesto

At 9:30 a.m. on November 28, 2018, an employee was unwrapping and removing asbestos insulation from inside a manhole while using a hammer to remove excess concrete on a lead conduit. The employee was caught by an ARC Flash and severely burned both hands. The employee was hospitalized.
