Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:00 a.m. on October 31, 2018, an employee was rigging up old street light to have it replaced. The street light, then, touched a live supply power line as the street light was picked up. The employee was electrocuted with 69,000 volts from supply power line and was hospitalized.
