Employee falls from roof and fractures ankle, sacrum

At 8:00 a.m. on June 23, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a roofing company, was engaged in roof renovations at a two story commercial building. As he attempted to access the upper roof, he fell, a fall height of 29 feet. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated for fractures to his ankle and sacrum.
