Employee sustains shock from touching third rail

At 4:15 a.m. on May 4, 2018, an employee was resetting a light switch and replacing the cover on the side of an electric train. As the employee was replacing the cover with his right hand on the stirrup, his left wrist made contact with the third rail causing an electric shock.
