Employee fractures hip when struck by plasma cutter slag tra

At 9:30 p.m. on January 23, 2018, an employee was attempting to remove slag from a plasma cutter slag tray. The employee rigged the slag tray in an attempt to flip the slag tray over. While lifting the tray, it fell from the rigging and struck the employee. The employee sustained a hip fracture and was hospitalized.
