Investigation Summary
At 12:00 p.m. on January 4, 2017, a worker was crushed and killed between two log trailers. While a truck driver was backing a loaded log trailer, the worker was standing next to another stationary trailer waiting to un-hook the trailer from the moving vehicle. The driver backed too close to the stationary trailer, pinning the worker's head between the trailers, resulting in the workers death.
