Abstract: At 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2018, an employee was sanitizing equipment that was located on a platform that was raised approximately 10 feet and was missing its railing. The employee fell through the gap in the railing, lacerated his head, and strained several muscles in his neck and shoulder. The employee was hospitalized.
