OSHA and the National Demolition Association (NDA) are committed to providing NDA members, safety and health professionals, the public, labor representation groups, and others in the demolition industry with information, guidance, and access to training resources that will help them protect the health and safety of workers from hazards within the demolition industry as well as promote a better understanding the rights of workers and the responsibilities of employers under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act).
