1910. 1025. Relief is sought from the requirements in

(k)(1)(i)(D) and (k)(1)(iii)(a). The last date to comment and to
request a hearing is July 15, 1985.

Temporary variances granted to 28 plants for the final trigger level
for medical removal protection under the standard Occupational
Exposure to Lead 1910.1025(k)(1)(i)(D). Temporarily relieves
affected employers of the requirement to comply with 50 micrograms
of lead per 100 g of blood removal trigger under the lead standard.
Effective date: March 7, 1985; expiration date: September 1, 1985.

Modification and correction of notice of application for permanent
variance for St Joe Lead Company which was originally published June
14, 1985 (50 FR 24963-24966). The comment period on the application
has been extended to August 14, 1985. The blood lead level has been
