29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within twenty-four hours a work-related incident resulting in an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye: a) Northern Pelagic Group, LLC- On December 1, 2023, an employee sustained an injury resulting in hospitalization and the employer did not inform OSHA until December 4, 2023, after the employee had passed. Abated during inspection.
