29 CFR 1904.32(b)(1): The employer did not extensively review the OSHA 300A Annual Summary to ensure that entries are correct and complete: a) Flatwoods Job Corps, 2803 Dungannon Rd, Coeburn, VA 24230: On or about March 6, 2017, and times prior thereto, the employer did not review the 300A Annual Summary to ensure entries were correct and complete, exposing employees to injury and illness that may have been prevented by accurate logs, tracking and trending injuries and illnesses, and training of employees subsequent to incidents.
