29 CFR 1926.1413(b)(1): Each month a wire rope inspection was not conducted in accordance with paragraph (a) (shift inspection) of this section. a.) Rentz Farm Supply jobsite - On or about July 2, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, the wire rope on the Link Belt crane (model HTC-8675, serial number F2J7-9499) was not inspected by a competent person each month it was in service.
