29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about July 8, 2022, employees used chemical products such as, but not limited to Champion starting fluid, 0xygen, acetylene, diesel fuel, Rotella motor oil, and 3M High Power Brake Cleaner when carrying out maintenance activities on the trucks, without the use of personal protective equipment.
