29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) West end of Bay 2 - On or about August 13, 2020 flexible cords entering Bertsch electrical control panel did not have strain relief due to armored coating being damaged exposing employees to burn hazard. (b) West end of Bay 2, south wall - On or about August 13, 2020 flexible cords powering duplex receptacle in a metal box did not have strain relief due to the box not being connect connected to the conduit exposing employees to burn hazards.
