29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B): Training shall be provided as follows: at least annually thereafter. On or about April 8, 2020, employee(s) that performed a cleanup of blood and other potentially infectious material on Industrial Stainless, Inc. hopper in connection with the PacTec (Model: PT-4/6S, S/N: 2201) were not identified as potentially exposed employees in the employer's Exposure Control Plan and did not receive information and training related to bloodborne pathogens in 2019 or 2020.
