29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a). Feed Department, Sand Dump Area - On or about and times prior to November 4, 2019, feed operators who installed a dust collection bag onto the discharge opening of a vacuum system were not provided training that addressed the applicable energy source, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control, thus exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. Caesarstone Technologies USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193116, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Caesarstone Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
