29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification that identified the workplace evaluated; the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed; and the date(s) of the hazard assessment. a) Geotechnical Laboratory, 13863 Wares Ferry Road, Montgomery AL: On April 12, 2019, the employer failed to perform a workplace assessment to determine the hazards, and the necessary personal protective equipment required for the task such as but not limited to, safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and gloves.
