29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: a) On October 17, 2016, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee, who was diagnosed with legionnaires disease to OSHA with in 24 hours. The employee was hospitalized for the incident on September 21, 2016 and the company was notified of the diagnoses on September 28, 2016. b) On October 17, 2016, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee, who was diagnosed with pneumonia to OSHA with in 24 hours. The employee was hospitalized for the incident on September 20, 2016. c) On October 17, 2016, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee, who was diagnosed with pneumonia to OSHA with in 24 hours. The employee was hospitalized for the incident on September 4, 2016.
