29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. Paredes Inc. dba Superior Service located at 75 Garrett Trail, Maxwell, TX 78656. On or about November 30 , 2021, an employee was hospitalized as a result of being caught under a section of a double wide mobile home. The hospitalization was not reported to the Austin Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration within twenty-four (24) hours.
