29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Instance 1: On or about January 7, 2022, and at times prior thereto, in the Carpet Cushion Department, energy control procedures had not been documented for the re-taping of the Laminator hot roller, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught-in moving parts. Carpenter Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1446160 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 184 Lipford Road, Verona, MS 38879.
