29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about January 10, 2022 - New 4x6 machine, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when the machine specific procedure for the New 4x6 machine said to shut down the machine using normal operating procedures.
