29 CFR 1926.251(b)(6)(ii): Record(s) of the most recent month in which each alloy steel chain sling was thoroughly inspected were not available for examination: a) Location F3; 200 South Progress Parkway: On June 7, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not maintain a record of the most recent month in which the Gunnebo 4-Leg Adjustable Alloy Steel Chain Sling was thoroughly inspected as employees used the equipment to lift heavy objects such as concrete sewer pipes.
