29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6):The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): On or about March 5th, 2024, employees engaged in forklift and transportation activities in support of poultry relocation operations, at the Bobcat Farm, located in Benedict, NE, were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the operator of a powered industrial truck were conducting equipment operations without having been certified by their employer to operate the equipment.
