29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control boxes shall be constructed to prevent electrical shock and shall be clearly marked for identification of functions. On or about December 11, 2023, at an establishment located at 1740 Eisenhower Road in De Pere, Wisconsin, employees of Robinson, Inc. utilized a jib crane with a pendant controller that was not clearly marked for its functions.
