29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about December 21, 2021, the points of operation of machine tools were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having their hands and/or fingers in the danger zone during press operations while operating the Ermak Hydraulic Press Brake (Serial No. 20100011). Sielaff Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1221079, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1011 Dodge Street, Mineral Point, WI 53565.
