29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: On or about August 18, 2022 and at times prior thereto, where the employer did not complete a written PPE assessment for activities undertaken by pump operators. Employees were potentially exposed to hand, eye and inhalation injuries such as but not limited to potential contact with raw petroleum products, fuel, Hydrogen Sulfide, lacerations.
