29 CFR 1904.33(a):The employer did not save the OSHA 300 Log, the privacy case list (if one existed), the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report Forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that these records covered: (a) Ranch Foods Direct LLC at 1228 East Fillmore Street Colorado Springs, CO 80907: On or before 6/11/21 the employer did not retain 5 years of OSHA logs as required by this standard. 2016 through 2018 logs were not kept.
