29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: "As referenced in 29CFR 1910.27(a)." a.) Champion Modular, Inc. //Rolling Platform Scaffold// - On or about 5/28/21, and at times prior thereto, the scaffolds were not being inspected a person who had the total and complete knowledge to be a competent person. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
