29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. In the horizontal fill and seal machine room, power cords, wrapped around the conduit connected to the machine, was use as permanent wiring to energize horizontal fill and seal machine exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
