29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii):Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about April 19, 2021 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Hobart meat saw (model 6801 S/N27-1176-167) without using the pusher guard tool. The La Michoacana Meat Market was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365146, citation number 1-1a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 05, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2510 Pleasanton Rd.
