29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): (a) FACILITY WIDE - Temporary employees operated powered industrial trucks as part of the dock operations, and the employer had not certified that the employees had been evaluated to determine that they had the knowledge and skill to operate the powered industrial trucks safely, on or about October 13, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
